Abdullah Baghdadi

CEO / Founder

Overall success of an organization, responsible for leading the development and execution of long-term strategies, with the goal of increasing shareholder value.
Senior Finance & accounts management professional with over 32 years of experience in managing finance & accounts encompassing strategic financial planning and budgeting skills, cost and profitability management, assisting in growing revenue, treasury operations & cash management.
Supporting organization objectives, developing compensation strategies, studying economic trends, making financial forecasts, evaluating financial performance, determining return on investment, and generating financial reports.
Distinguished for setting up treasury & cash management operations from scratch.
Restructuring companies and departments to achieve the goals and reach the required efficiency.
Contracting and supervision and keeping up with all stages of the application of S/HANA SAP ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Odoo ERP, engaging consultants, supervising and implementing the application of VAT.

 

Demonstrating financial prudence enabling effective management decision-making and advising senior management.
